Sorry for the delay!

Hello there!! I've been busy, busy, busy so blogging has had to take a bit of a back seat so apologies to all three :( of my followers. LOL

Anyway, I recently got this stamp set as a free gift from Stampin Up and have fallen in love with it! It's called CHARMING and has a few smallish elements that are perfect for vintage and distressed looks.

What I have for you today is a little easel card cum drawer cum calendar! I have recently started a little sunday night challenge with a couple of crafting pals......you know who you are (Annette, Claudette) whoops! This week the theme was calendars so this is what I have for you.

I've used CRUMB CAKE and CHOCOLATE CHIP ink along with REGALS designer paper from the stack and VERY VANILLA and BRAVO BURGUNDY cardstock.

Holly

Hi again-I'm on a roll today!! One more card for you, again using the retired God's Blessings stamp set. I love this set and am so glad I got it when it was available as it it has some beautiful sentiments suitable for many different occasions.

I used a mask I had in my stash and ran it through the big shot onto a 6x6 piece of whisper white cardstock. I then used a blending tool and Old Olive ink and gently brought out the raised design, blending from the outer edges and leaving the centre white. Once I had acheived the right amount and depth of colour I stamped the sentiment in the centre using Riding Hood Red Ink and matted it onto a square piece of textured cardstock a quarter of an inch bigger than the white panel, before mounting onto an 8x8 card and adding a satin ribbon bow to finish.

I've entered this card into a challenge over at http://sweetstampinchallengeblog.blogspot.com/

Hope you like!

A card for Joseph

Hi all!! This is just a quick post to show you a card I was asked to make for a colleague at work who has recently had a baby boy.

I've used retired Stampin Up sets called Bundle of Joy and God's Blessings. I coloured the bear using promarkers, vanilla and sandstone and the giraffe was coloured using pastel yellow and vanilla.

For my card I used Bashful Blue designer series paper and very vanilla and chocolate chip cardstock. The letters were cut using an alterations die and my big shot machine.

Happy viewing!
